Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, networking, digital platforms, and promotional activities.

- Promote TNCD residential and commercial projects to prospective customers.

- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and market trends.

- Identify potential customers, channel partners, brokers, architects, and business opportunities.

- Coordinate customer enquiries, follow-ups, and site visits.

- Explain project features, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and USPs to customers.

- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversion.

- Plan and execute local marketing activities, events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.

- Support social media, WhatsApp, digital, print, and other marketing initiatives.

- Maintain accurate lead/customer databases and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

- Achieve assigned lead-generation and marketing targets.

Qualification:





- Any Degree / Diploma.

- MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience:

- 2-6 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, Construction, or related industries.

- Freshers with excellent communication and marketing skills may also be considered.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Lead generation and customer relationship management.

- Good negotiation and convincing skills.

- Knowledge of Coimbatore real-estate/construction market is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.

- Valuable follow-up and target-oriented approach.

- MS Office / CRM knowledge.

- Tamil and English communication skills.

- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field marketing activities.

Preferred: Two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
