Role Summary

Responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing activities for real estate projects, from project understanding and positioning to launch, lead generation, collateral management, channel partner engagement and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand location, market, product, amenities, specifications, USPs, competition and target audience.
- Develop product positioning, campaign concepts and quarterly marketing plans with budgets.
- Coordinate with creative agencies for brochures, flyers, site plans, unit layouts, walkthroughs, videos, OOH, signage, newspaper ads and digital creatives.
- Manage project launch activities and ensure all collaterals and communication are accurate and delivered within TAT.
- Plan and monitor Google, Meta, YouTube, portals and other performance marketing campaigns.
- Track enquiries, lead quality, CPL, site visits, enquiry-to-visit ratio and campaign performance.
- Coordinate website, landing pages, CRM, API, chatbot and marketing automation requirements.
- Support Channel Partner workshops, CP kits,



presentations, communication and brokerage/incentive plans.
- Coordinate with Sales & Pre-Sales teams for sales presentations, scripts, product training and customer communication.
- Manage site branding, experience centre, sample flat, scale model, hospitality and customer-facing collaterals.
- Prepare project/campaign-wise analytical reports and quarterly marketing reviews.
- Monitor marketing budgets, vendor performance and ROI.
- Account management/Developer Management.

Qualification & Skills

- MBA/PGDM – Marketing preferred.
- 4-6 years of real estate marketing experience.
- Strong project coordination and analytical skills.
- Valuable understanding of digital marketing, CRM, real estate sales funnel and marketing collaterals.
- Excellent communication, presentation and vendor-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
