About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on marketer who can understand the kirana customer, develop creative campaign ideas, test them in the field, and execute winning concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research kirana retailers, customer behaviour, competitors and market trends.
- Develop campaigns to drive app installs, first orders and repeat usage.
- Test ideas through small field experiments and measure results.
- Create banners, videos, WhatsApp and social media content using Canva & AI tools.
- Develop engaging content in Telugu, Hindi/Hinglish and English.




- Track campaign performance and optimise based on insights.
- Maintain creative assets, templates and campaign learnings.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, growth, content or social media.
- Experience owning campaigns/projects end-to-end.
- Robust creative, research and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Strong Canva and AI tool skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and customer interactions.
- Fluent in Telugu & Hindi/English; good English communication.
- Portfolio of real work is essential.

Good to Have

- FMCG, retail, kirana, B2B, ONDC or app marketing experience.
- Video editing/Reels/YouTube Shorts.
- Meta/Google/YouTube paid campaign experience.
- Vernacular copywriting.
