Role Description The Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vikasnagar. The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting in the creation of promotional content for treks and tours, engaging with customers through social media and messaging platforms, and helping to manage online listings and reviews.

Responsibilities include conducting basic market research on travel trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences, as well as supporting outreach campaigns to attract recent travelers.



The intern will also collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure accurate information is shared with customers, help respond to inquiries, and contribute ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement. This role provides hands-on experience in travel marketing and an opportunity to learn about the trekking and tourism industry.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with travelers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support campaigns and analyze tourism trends.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales skills to assist in promoting packages, handling inquiries, and supporting conversions.
- Interest in travel, trekking, and outdoor activities, with willingness to learn about Himalayan destinations.
- Ability to work on-site in Vikasnagar, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
