About the Role

Bharat Knowledge Solutions is looking for a Marketing Intern who will work closely with the Founder in a 100% remote role.

This is a stipend-based internship designed for someone who wants to gain practical, hands-on exposure to marketing, content creation, communication, business development, and the day-to-day working of a growing consulting and training organization.

The intern will primarily shadow the Founder during virtual meetings and sessions, capture key insights and discussions, and transform them into engaging social media content, articles, posts, and basic creatives.

You will also support the Founder and team with registrations, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and other marketing-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and shadow the Founder during virtual meetings, training sessions, webinars, and business discussions.
- Take clear and structured notes during meetings and identify important insights, ideas, stories, and discussion points.
- Convert meeting/session insights into social media posts, articles, captions, short-form content, and basic marketing creatives.




- Assist in creating content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Follow up with individuals who have registered for webinars, workshops, meetings, or other BKS initiatives.
- Assist with setting up and coordinating virtual meetings, including meeting links, schedules, reminders, and participant coordination.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct basic research on relevant topics, audiences, competitors, and content trends.
- Coordinate with the Founder and other team members to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Bring new ideas for improving brand visibility, audience engagement, and content quality.
- Learn and take responsibility for additional marketing activities as you develop your skills.

- Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.




- Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment.
- Basic familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom/Google Meet, and social media platforms is an advantage, but not mandatory.
