We’re looking for a creative, switched-on marketer who can turn ideas into content, content into attention, and attention into business.

You’ll have plenty of freedom to experiment, create and challenge the status quo. But here’s the catch: we expect output, not just opinions.

Deadlines matter. Quality matters. Results matter.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Newspaper advertisements and other relevant platforms
- Develop content calendars and create engaging posts, reels, stories and campaigns
- Conceptualise and create marketing content and creatives for social media, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels
- Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, property listings, flyers, newspaper ads and other sales material
- Plan and coordinate newspaper advertisements, print media, outdoor advertising, hoardings and other offline marketing initiatives
- Support property launches, events, exhibitions and other brand-building activities
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, printers, publications and external vendors
- Maintain consistency in brand communication and visual identity across all platforms
- Monitor marketing performance and identify new opportunities to improve visibility, engagement and lead generation
- Stay updated with emerging trends, platforms and creative marketing opportunities





What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in BMM, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong understanding of marketing, social media, content and branding
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Creative, organised and proactive approach
- Ability to take ownership and execute ideas independently
- Familiarity with Canva and other content/design tools
- Prior experience in real estate, luxury, lifestyle or related industries is a plus
- Freshers with relevant internships, robust skills or a good portfolio are welcome

Compensation: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000/month for freshers | ₹20,000 - ₹30,000/month for experienced candidates
