About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head – Real Estate Projects to lead the complete online and offline marketing function for our real estate projects.

The candidate will be responsible for project branding, digital campaigns, property portal management, lead generation and marketing activities that support sales growth and project bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated online and offline marketing strategies.
- Manage property portal listings and campaigns on platforms such as 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com and NoBroker.
- Plan, execute and optimise lead-generation campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage project branding, positioning and promotional communication.
- Plan campaigns for project launches, price revisions, events and sales promotions.
- Manage website content, landing pages, social media, WhatsApp marketing and email campaigns.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities, including hoardings, outdoor media, print advertising, brochures, events and property exhibitions.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media agencies, printers, vendors and marketing partners.
- Prepare media plans, marketing budgets and campaign calendars.
- Monitor campaign budgets, cost per lead, lead quality, site visits and booking conversions.
- Test and optimise audiences, creatives, keywords, landing pages and campaign strategies.
- Maintain accurate project information, pricing, inventory and creatives across all property portals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead allocation, timely follow-ups and effective conversion.
- Track all marketing leads through the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for property portals,



Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Review campaign performance and recommend strategies to improve return on marketing investment.
- Develop and approve brochures, advertisements, videos, presentations, hoardings and other marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, pricing and promotional strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all online and offline channels.
- Support the Project Sales Head in achieving sales, booking and revenue targets.
- Ensure all marketing communication is accurate, professional and compliant with applicable regulations.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience

- MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
- Real estate marketing experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in online and offline marketing.
- Proven experience in real estate project marketing and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with property portals, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets, agencies, vendors and campaigns.
- Experience in residential project marketing will be preferred.
