Job Title: Marketing Graphic DesignerJob SummaryWe are looking for a highly creative and strategic Marketing Graphic Designer who has hands-on experience working closely with CXO-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, AI-powered design tools, and motion graphics, and be capable of delivering high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate directly with CXOs and leadership teams to translate business ideas into impactful visual concepts
- Design high-quality marketing creatives for digital, print, presentations, and campaigns
- Create and edit motion graphics, animations, and visual videos for marketing and corporate communication
- Lead social media branding, including posts, banners, reels, thumbnails, and campaign creatives
- Utilize AI-based design tools to enhance creativity, speed, and consistency
- Develop layouts, illustrations, and visual assets using tools such as Adobe InDesign, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software




- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
- Work independently, manage timelines, and deliver outputs with minimal supervision

Required Skills & Tools
- Proven experience as a Marketing / Graphic Designer, preferably working with CXO or senior leadership
- Robust proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Motion Graphics & Animation tools
- AutoCAD & SketchUp
- Social media design tools and formats
- Good understanding of AI tools for design, content, and creativity
- Strong visual sense, typography skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
