We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Marketing Executive who is passionate about field marketing, building relationships, generating leads, and executing marketing activities on the ground.

This is NOT an office/desk job. This is a pure field marketing role.

The selected candidate must be comfortable working extensively in the field and travelling across Odisha as and when required for meetings, campaigns, school visits, events, promotional activities, and other business requirements.

Candidates looking primarily for an office-based or work-from-home role should not apply for this position.

? Key Responsibilities • Execute field marketing and promotional activities across assigned locations in Odisha.

- Visit and develop relationships with schools, educational institutions, partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct school visits, meetings, presentations, events, seminars, workshops, promotional campaigns, and other on-ground activities.
- Identify opportunities for lead generation, partnerships, and business growth.
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Coordinate and manage stalls, kiosks, events, activations, and BTL marketing activities.




- Generate quality leads through field activities and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
- Conduct local market and competitor research.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of field visits, activities, leads, and campaign performance.
- Travel to different cities and districts across Odisha whenever required.

Candidates with experience in EdTech, Education, Field Marketing, BTL Marketing, School Partnerships, Events, Lead Generation, or Business Development will be preferred.
