Role Description The Marketing Executive role is an in office position based in Lodhika.

The Marketing

Executive will handle day-to-day marketing activities, including planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and supporting sales initiatives for precision components and related products. This role involves identifying target markets, developing promotional materials, coordinating with the sales and production teams, and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.

prepare reports, and suggest strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Communication skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Sales and Marketing skills to support business development and convert leads into opportunities.
- Relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing marketing preferred, especially in precision components or hardware products.
- Ability to work on-site in Lodhika, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
