Role Description The Marketing Executive Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This intern will support daily marketing activities, including assisting with market planning, conducting local market research, and helping design campaigns to promote COCO Rides among corporate commuters.

Responsibilities include creating and sharing basic marketing content, supporting on-ground promotional events, collaborating with sales teams to gather customer feedback, and tracking campaign performance under guidance from senior marketing staff. The intern will also help manage communication across digital channels, contribute ideas for improving brand visibility, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution of marketing initiatives.

About the internship

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders regarding event requirements and logistics.
- Communicate with participants and provide necessary event-related information and support.
- Handle on-site event operations, including attendee management, registration desks, and coordination activities.
- Ensure timely execution of event schedules and assist in resolving operational issues during events.
- Support venue coordination, vendor management, and event setup requirements.
- Maintain event records, attendance data, and post-event documentation.
- Assist in collecting participant feedback and preparing event reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and qualified event experience for all attendees.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage effectively with team members, partners, and customers.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales and Marketing skills to assist in lead generation and promotional activities.
- Relevant coursework or academic background in Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media platforms) is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset are highly valued.
