About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing & Business Development team in managing leads, customer communication, sales coordination and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will act as an important link between the Sales Team, Customers, Management and Internal Departments, ensuring that leads, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups are handled systematically and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Marketing & Business Development team.
- Receive, record and track customer enquiries, leads and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-up on enquiries and opportunities.
- Prepare and share quotations, commercial proposals, presentations and other marketing documents.
- Maintain and regularly update CRM / Lead Management systems and sales databases.
- Track enquiry status, quotations submitted, follow-ups, orders and pending actions.
- Coordinate with customers regarding meetings, product presentations, demonstrations and site visits.
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Design, Production, Stores, Accounts and Service teams for customer requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports / MIS.
- Assist the Marketing Team in planning and coordinating exhibitions, conferences, seminars and other promotional activities.
- Maintain customer and prospect databases and ensure proper documentation.
- Support digital marketing activities including email campaigns, WhatsApp communication and LinkedIn promotions.
- Coordinate customer feedback and ensure that pending issues are followed up with the concerned departments.
- Assist management in preparing sales and marketing presentations and reports.




- Ensure timely completion of all assigned marketing coordination activities.

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in BBA / B.Com / MBA / Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1–4 years of experience in Marketing Coordination / Sales Coordination / Business Development Support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; Tamil is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM / ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Should be proactive, disciplined, confident and result-oriented.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be someone who does not wait for instructions for every task and takes ownership of follow-ups and coordination. Candidates with experience in B2B marketing, healthcare, medical equipment, hospital solutions, engineering products or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
