About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Campaigns Manager to own So Whot’s overall marketing calendar and integrated campaigns across paid + organic channels.

We currently have teams for performance marketing and social media. This role will sit at the centre, ensuring everyone is working towards the same campaign objectives and business goals.

What You’ll Do

- Own the monthly and quarterly marketing & campaign calendar.
- Plan ad + organic outreach campaigns around new drops, launches, products, offers and brand moments.
- Develop campaign concepts, messaging, briefs and timelines.
- Coordinate with our performance marketing and social media teams to execute campaigns cohesively.
- Ensure paid, organic, creator and other marketing activities work together.
- Track campaign performance across revenue, CAC, ROAS, traffic, engagement and conversions.
- Identify what’s working and translate insights into the next campaign.
- Coordinate with design, content, influencers and e-commerce teams to ensure timely execution.
- Stay on top of fashion, culture,



competitors and emerging marketing trends.
- Bring fresh ideas to make So Whot more visible, relevant and commercially successful.

Who We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably fashion, D2C, beauty or lifestyle.
- Experience managing integrated paid + organic campaigns.
- Robust understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition.
- Comfortable working with performance marketing and social media teams.
- Strong campaign planning, communication and project-management skills.
- Commercially minded with a good creative instinct.
- Data-driven, organised and highly execution-oriented.

The Ideal Person

Someone who can look at an ad, Instagram campaign, influencer collaboration and product launch and see one larger marketing story.

You should be equally comfortable discussing ROAS and creative ideas, and be someone who gets things done.
