Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our restaurant locations.

The Outlet

Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, optimizing sales, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide excellent customer experiences.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.




- Develop work schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Collaborate with upper management to implement business strategies and improvements.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 0-4 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to manage operations efficiently and handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in inventory control and cost management.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and holidays.
