Role Description The Manager Strategic Partnerships role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as veterinary networks, pet service providers, NGOs, brands, and community organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential partners, leading outreach and negotiations, structuring and closing partnership agreements, and overseeing account management to ensure mutual value and long-term collaboration.

The manager will analyze partnership performance, track key metrics, and work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to design joint campaigns, integrations,



and initiatives that grow Swoofi’s ecosystem. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with partners, resolving issues, and continuously exploring new opportunities to expand Swoofi’s presence and impact in the pet community.

Qualifications

- Strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to build, nurture, and grow long-term partner relationships.
- Proven experience in Strategic Partnerships, including identifying opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing collaborations.
- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate partner performance, interpret data, and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Excellent Communication skills for explicit, persuasive, and inclusive interaction with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in ecosystem building, business development, or alliances within consumer tech, marketplaces, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in partnerships or strategy are a plus.
- Genuine interest in the pet ecosystem and comfort working with mission-driven initiatives and community-focused programs.
