Manager - Revenue Operations Digital Transformation

Role Overview

Drive Revenue Operations, Digital Transformation, Automation, and Analytics to improve revenue visibility, operational efficiency, and scalability.

Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business problems into technology-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage BAU Revenue Operations activities including billing, revenue tracking, programmatic reconciliation, reporting, controls, and issue resolution.

Drive process optimization and automation across the revenue lifecycle.

Lead digital transformation and cross-functional programs from ideation to implementation.

Identify opportunities for AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation across Revenue Operations.

Build and improve dashboards, KPIs, analytics, and reporting for business decision-making.

Work with technology teams on CRM, integrations, APIs, workflows, and automation solutions.

Identify process gaps and drive standardization, controls, and continuous improvement.





Manage stakeholders, adoption, and change across transformation initiatives.

Experience Skills

5-7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business/Digital Transformation, Consulting, Analytics, or similar roles.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a technology-first mindset.

Experience with CRM, automation, analytics, and process transformation.

SQL / Python / APIs / scripting experience is a strong advantage.

Strong stakeholder and program management skills.

Experience in Digital, Media, Advertising, SaaS, or B2B is a plus.
