We are looking for a responsible, technically sound, and proactive IT Analyst who can support our organization across website management, technical operations, business proposals, and research-related assignments.

n

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and should have the ability to understand business requirements, independently research solutions, and provide practical technical support.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage and support the company’s websites, web applications, and other digital platforms .
n
- Perform regular website updates, content changes, troubleshooting, testing, and technical maintenance.
n
- Assist with domain, hosting, website integrations, forms, databases, and other web-related requirements .
n
- Provide day-to-day IT and technical support to internal team members.
n
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to systems, software, websites, applications, and digital tools.
n
- Support internal teams in preparing technical proposals, business proposals, presentations, reports, and documentation .
n
- Conduct detailed market, competitor, industry, technology, and internet research based on business requirements.
n
- Research and evaluate new software, AI tools, automation solutions, platforms, and technologies that can improve business operations.
n
- Assist with data collection, organization, analysis, and maintenance of internal records and databases.
n
- Work with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, online forms, spreadsheets, and other business applications .
n
- Coordinate with developers, vendors, and other external technical resources whenever required.
n
- Maintain proper documentation of website updates, technical processes, research findings, system requirements, and ongoing projects.
n
- Support management with various technology-driven and business improvement initiatives .

Required Skills

- Good practical understanding of websites and web technologies .
n
- Knowledge of website administration, hosting, domains, CMS platforms, and basic troubleshooting .
n
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar website management platforms .
n
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, databases, APIs, or programming/scripting will be an advantage.
n
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace , particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
n
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills .
n
- Ability to prepare professional reports, documentation, and presentations.
n
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
n
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
n
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with different business teams.

Candidate Profile

n

- Bachelor's/Master's degree or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field .
n
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
n
- Candidates with prior exposure to website management, technical support, research, automation, or business documentation will be preferred.
n
- Candidate should be proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
