Your Role

n

As a Meridian Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, debugging, and enhancing EDM solutions built on the Accruent Meridian platform. You will work closely with end-users, business stakeholders, and customer HQ teams to ensure seamless system operations and continuous improvements.

n

In this role, you will:

- Provide application support for Accruent Meridian-based EDM solutions.
n
- Handle user queries, incidents, and service requests through ticketing tools.
n
- Analyze and resolve production issues, perform bug fixing, and implement system enhancements.
n
- Collaborate with end-users to understand business requirements and clarify functional issues.
n
- Work with customer HQ teams and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and solution delivery.
n
- Develop and maintain scripts using technologies such as VBScript, PowerShell, SQL, and related tools.
n
- Participate in system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
n
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
n
- Ensure adherence to support processes, documentation standards, and service-level agreements.
n
- Work effectively within a team environment and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
n

Your Profile

n

n
- 4+ years of experience in application support and development.
n
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Accruent Meridian .
n
- Proficiency in development and scripting technologies such as VBScript, PowerShell, SQL , and similar tools.
n
- Experience working with ticketing/support tools and managing user support activities.
n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
- Experience interacting directly with end-users and business stakeholders.
n
- Ability to coordinate with global/customer HQ teams.
n
- Good communication skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
