Roles & Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries through chat and voice (international clients). - Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction. - Troubleshoot and escalating issues when required. - Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions. - Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics
