nKey Requirements:

- Solid experience in acquiring Indian & US staffing clientsn
- Proven sales & revenue achievementn
- Experience with IT/Non-IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, RPO, or Workforce Solutionsn
- Strong client network & business development skillsn
- Knowledge of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099, Direct Hire) is a plusn
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Naukri, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.n
