nSenior PeopleSoft CRM Developer
nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced Senior PeopleSoft CRM Developer to design, develop, and support our PeopleSoft CRM solutions, BCI. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to independently analyze requirements, design robust solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues.
nKey Responsibilities

- Design and develop enhancements within the PeopleSoft CRM platform.n
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.n
- Design and develop advanced PeopleCode solutions.n
- Build reusable frameworks and services using Application Packages.n
- Develop and maintain integrations using Integration Broker and APIs.n
- Perform technical analysis, solution design, and impact assessments.n
- Optimize application and database performance.n
- Support PUM activities, upgrades, and customization reviews.n
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices.n

nRequired Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of PeopleSoft development experience.n
- Experience with PeopleTools 8.58+.n
- Strong expertise in:n
- PeopleCoden
- Application Enginen
- Application Packagesn
- Component Interfacesn
- PeopleSoft Events & Event Mappingn
- Drop Zonesn
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL, query tuning, and performance troubleshooting.n
- Solid experience with Integration Broker, REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML.n
- Hands-on experience with Fluid UI development.n
- Experience with PUM, Compare Reports, and upgrade impact analysis.n
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft security and troubleshooting.n
