- Independently handle large implementation projects with focus on Production Planning & Quality Management processesn
- Leading the team that are assigned to, in functional capacity, adding value to the project and to the final deliverablesn
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projectsn
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops / meetings with internal and external clientsn
- Responsible for defining the scope of a project / opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelinesn
- Delivering billable components that meets a customer’s needsn
- Degree in Engineering (BE, BTech)n
- SAP Certification in Production Planning & Quality Management (PP/QM) desirablen
- Minimum 2 to 3 full life cycle SAP implementationsn
- Strong knowledge in SAP Production Planning & Quality Management Modulesn
- Valuable integration knowledge with other components with SAP S/4HANA (HCM / Success Factors)n
- Worked on Discrete, process industries & Repetitive Manufacturing scenariosn
- Worked on Sales and Operational planning ,Long term planning , Material Requirement Planning , Demand Management, capacity evaluation and production execution processes.n
- Should have strong through knowledge on all the Planning strategies (Make to Order/Make to stock/ Engineer to Order)n
- Should have worked on Quality Planning, Quality Inspection and Quality Improvement (Quality Notification & Nonconformance Management) Processes.n
- Good understanding of Sample management ,Stability Study , Dynamic Modification of the Inspection Scope and Statistical Process Control (SPC)n
