nThe Assistant Vice President – Sales (Luxury & Commercial Sales) will be a key leader driving business development, investor engagement, and deal closures for this platform. The role demands a strong network within the HNI, wealth management, and family office ecosystem, coupled with proven expertise in luxury and commercial real estate sales.
nKey Responsibilities

- Revenue Growth: Deliver sales targets by originating and closing deals across luxury and commercial assets.n
- Client Acquisition: Build and grow relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and Wealth Managers.n
- Network Expansion:



Leverage existing networks and forge current partnerships with private bankers, investment advisors, and global investor communities.n
- Sales Strategy: Drive investor roadshows, exclusive events, and targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads.n
- Deal Execution: Manage end-to-end deal cycles — pitching, structuring, negotiation, and closure.n
- Market Insights: Provide actionable intelligence on investor sentiment, competitive offerings, and emerging trends to sharpen sales strategy.n
- Brand Representation: Position RMZ as the partner of choice for wealth creation in Indian real estate.n

nQualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred).n
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field.n
