Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced L3 support for complex desktop, laptop, OS, application, and endpoint issues.
- Troubleshoot escalated hardware, software, network, VPN, Microsoft 365, and security-related incidents.
- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools.
- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
- Support Windows OS deployment, patching, upgrades, application packaging, and endpoint configuration.
- Work closely with Network, Security, Server, and Application teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
- Handle critical incidents and provide technical guidance to L1/L2 support teams.
