Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mid-Level NetSuite practitioners to support and enhance the ERP environment across our private equity firm and its portfolio companies. This role requires working hours coverage of 1PM to 10PM IST to support our clients in EU and Americas.
nNeed hands-on NetSuite experience, solid process understanding, and familiarity with multi-entity financial operations. Much of this role will involve leading NetSuite ERP implementation projects. You will help drive standardization, reporting improvements, and system optimization while supporting both day-to-day administration and project-based initiatives.

nWhat will you do:

- Perform day-to-day NetSuite administration, including roles/permissions, reports, searches, dashboards, and configuration updatesn
- Analyze and improve Finance, Accounting, Inventory, and Operations workflows within NetSuiten
- Support ERP enhancement projects and assist with new module rollouts or integrationsn




- Collaborate with portfolio companies to ensure consistent processes and data structuresn
- Assist in the evaluation and onboarding of new acquisitions into the ERP environmentn
- Maintain data quality through audits, cleanup, and validation processesn
- Support month/quarter-end reporting needs by building and maintaining financial reportsn
- Document system configurations, business processes, and best practicesn
- Provide user support and training across the PE firm and portfolio companiesn
- Collaborate with integration partners and internal teams to improve cross-system workflowsn

nIdeally, you should have:

- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Businessn
- 6–9 years of NetSuite administration or ERP analyst experiencen
- Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Inventory)n
- Proficiency building saved searches, custom reports, forms, and workflowsn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced PE envi
