Manager – Legal | Real Estate / Construction
Location: Bangalore | Experience: 6–10 Years | Department: Legal | Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Manage government liaison, project approvals, licenses, NOCs, and renewals with BBMP, BDA/BMRDA, RERA, BWSSB, BESCOM, Fire & Revenue Departments.
- Coordinate with advocates, legal/liaison consultants, and government authorities.
- Handle land/property documentation, agreements, legal records, and statutory compliance.
- LL.B./LL.M. preferred with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
- Real Estate/Construction experience mandatory, with minimum 5 years of stable experience in a Real Estate/Construction company.
- Robust communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
