Will lead and manage the organization's learning and development function by identifying training needs, designing and implementing capability-building initiatives, coordinating internal and external training programs, and ensuring workforce competence aligns with business objectives.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Learning & Development in a managerial role. Should have experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Experience in technical, compliance, behavioral, and leadership training programs. Should be working on Power BI for reporting and dashboards. Must know to talk and read Kannada.
