- Lead sales and business development activities for residential interior projects.
- Develop new business through direct sales, networking, referrals and channel relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and consultation to negotiation and closure.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, estimation and execution teams.
- Build relationships with homeowners, HNI clients, architects, designers and channel partners.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, follow-ups and conversion performance.
- Guide junior sales team members and support achievement of team targets where required.
- Handle negotiations, objections and customer concerns.
- Track market trends and competitor activity in residential interiors.
- Maintain CRM, sales reports and pipeline updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant sales/business development experience with strong residential interiors exposure.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing residential interior projects.
- Strong understanding of residential interior solutions and customer buying cycles.
- Excellent client-facing, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and converting leads into confirmed business.
- Ability to work closely with design, estimation, execution and operations teams.
- Leadership capability to guide junior sales professionals.
- Purely commercial-interiors or unrelated sales experience should not be considered. Preferred / Additional Skills
- Experience with a reputed home interiors, modular interiors or interior design organization.
- Robust network among residential customers, architects, designers or channel partners.
