Role & responsibilities

1. To supervise civil works such as Layout, RCC Work, Foundation Works, Structural Erection, Concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and plumbing.
2. Execution & Planning of all site civil works related.
3. The Civil Engineer should be able to prepare construction schedules. Follow and record various project documents like drawings.

Concrete Pour

Cards. Checklists, SOPs, Work Method statements, hindrance registers, correspondence, Safety, Quality and material registers.

4. He should adopt standard construction practices and follow QA/ QC procedures for all the construction materials and works.
5. To be versatile to work in shifts, different locations, and even in extended hours to complete the projects in scheduled time.
6. Able to generate Purchase Requisition as per project requirement.
7.



Sub-Contractor Bill checking/JMR.
8. Should be able to coordinate with Subcontractor, In-house HO team.
9. Ensuring Quality, Environment and Safety
10. Carrying out works as per technical specifications specified in BOQ.
11. All types of Plant maintenance related to Civil.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Civil engineer must be graduate /Diploma with an excellent academic track record.

Industrial

Construction experience (BE - Civil up to 12 Years / Dip.

- Civil up to 14 years)

2. Certification in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
3. Basic Excel and Presentation Skills.
