Role Overview: We are looking for a high-calibre, high-ownership problem solver who enjoys tackling ambiguous business problems, building from scratch and turning ideas into outcomes.

As a Manager

–

Category, you will work closely with the CXO and leadership teams on some of the company's most important strategic and business-building initiatives. You will be responsible for taking problems from identification and diagnosis through solution design, experimentation and execution .

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, product, pricing, operations and business performance . The role will require robust analytical thinking, an ability to rapidly understand new domains, and the drive to work cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Insights & Product Strategy

- Develop a deep understanding of the gold loan market, customer segments, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to create differentiated products, propositions and customer experiences.
- Translate market and customer insights into actionable product and category strategies.

2. Experimentation & Rapid Iteration

- Design and execute pilots across product, pricing, processes and customer journeys.
- Develop hypotheses, define success metrics and use data to evaluate outcomes.
- Rapidly iterate based on learnings and scale successful initiatives across the business.

3. Strategic Problem Solving & Execution

- Own high-priority, ambiguous business problems from problem definition through implementation.




- Break complex problems into structured workstreams and drive execution with pace and rigour.
- Work across functions to identify dependencies, resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery.

4. Business Performance & Analytics

- Develop a deep understanding of the business model, unit economics and key business drivers.
- Define and track metrics that measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Build dashboards, analyses and performance frameworks to monitor progress and identify

opportunities for improvement.
- Use data and insights to influence business decisions and course-correct initiatives.

5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Partner closely with CXOs and senior leadership on critical strategic priorities.
- Influence and collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Finance, Marketing and other teams to drive outcomes.
- Communicate complex analyses and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

Qualification

Educational Background:

- Strong academic pedigree with a Tier 1 Engineering or MBA

background.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in strategy consulting firms (MBB, ATK, Strategy&, Dalberg,Auctus), high-growth startups (Flipkart, Ola, Swiggy),



or leading corporations (ITC, HUL, P&G;).
- Demonstrable spike in academic or professional achievements.
