Job Responsibilities (List in order of importance)
- Identify and finalize new store locations aligned with expansion strategy
- End-to-end execution of new store openings
- Lead rental negotiations for both recent and existing stores
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and brokers
- Ensure co mercial viability and cost optimization in all deals.
- Maintain pipeline of potential locations for future expansion

- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Analytical thinking and decision-making ability.
