Role Description The Management Trainee Human Resources will support HR operations and talent processes in a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities include assisting with HR policy implementation, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and induction programs, and helping manage employee benefits and HR documentation. The role will involve coordinating with different teams on personnel matters,



assisting in performance and engagement initiatives, and supporting HR data collection and reporting. The trainee will also learn to use HummingBird’s platform and other HR tools to streamline workflows, contribute to process improvements, and provide day-to-day support to the HR team.

Qualifications

- Solid foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including compliance and documentation.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including employee lifecycle support and basic employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Comfort with data, HR tools, and technology-driven platforms; proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR internships or projects are an advantage.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
