About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Management Trainee who wants to build a career at the intersection of business, AI, strategy, and execution.

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with the founding team and take part in multiple areas of the business including business operations, strategy, research, sales, marketing, client projects, AI, process improvement, and internal operations.

This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, follows through, and is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You'll Do

- Support the founding team on strategic and operational initiatives.

- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and company research.

- Assist with business strategy and growth initiatives.

- Work on live client and internal business projects.

- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and workflows.

- Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, documentation, and execution.

- Support sales and business development activities.

- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and business documents.

- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.

- Track projects, deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables.

- Help build SOPs, systems, dashboards, and repeatable processes.

- Take ownership of assigned projects from start to completion.

- Work across different functions and learn how a business is actually built and operated.





Who Can Apply

- MBA / PGDM freshers and recent graduates.

- BBA / B.Com / BBM or other graduates with strong business interest may also apply.

- 0–1 year of experience is welcome.

- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and presentations.

- Interest in AI, business, startups, consulting, and technology.

- Proactive, organised, adaptable, and willing to take ownership.

- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

- Candidates who enjoy solving problems rather than waiting for instructions are preferred.
