About the Role We are looking for a Manage Engine Implementation Developer – Security Solutions to join our Cybersecurity Professional Services team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Manage Engine Log360 implementation and administration, along with exposure to PAM, IAM, database monitoring, security integrations, and automation. You will work on enterprise cybersecurity implementations across on-premises and hybrid environments, partnering with customers, security teams, infrastructure teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities Manage Engine Log360 – SIEM | Mandatory Install, configure, implement, administer, and support Manage Engine Log360 in enterprise environments. Integrate logs from Windows, Linux, Active Directory, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security, applications, databases, network devices, and cloud platforms. Configure log collection, parsing, event correlation, dashboards, alerts, reports, and notification workflows.

Develop security monitoring and threat-detection use cases covering suspicious authentication, privilege escalation, malware activity, account misuse, and data-access anomalies. Support security event monitoring, incident investigation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Configure compliance and audit reporting aligned with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Integrate

Log360 with third-party applications using REST APIs, Syslog, Webhooks, and email notifications.

Privileged Access

Management – PAM360 Deploy, configure, and support Manage Engine PAM360. Onboard privileged accounts across servers, databases, applications, and network devices. Configure password vaulting, password rotation, access approval workflows, RBAC, and privileged account lifecycle management. Configure privileged session monitoring, recording, auditing, secure remote access, and Just-in-Time (JIT) access. Integrate PAM360 with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SIEM, and ITSM platforms. Database &

- Application Monitoring Configure and administer Manage Engine Applications Manager. Monitor database availability, performance, resource utilization, sessions, locks, queries, replication, storage, CPU, and memory.

Support

Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, My SQL, Postgre SQL, and other supported databases. Configure monitoring thresholds, alerts, dashboards, reports, and escalation workflows. Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, agent, and performance-related issues. Identity &

- Access Management Deploy and configure ADSelf Service Plus / AD360. Implement MFA, password self-service, account unlock, password policies,



and identity verification workflows. Integrate with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, RADIUS, VPNs, and enterprise applications.

Configure Active

Directory auditing and monitoring. Troubleshoot authentication, LDAP, synchronization, certificate, and connectivity issues. Support LDAPS, SSL certificates, and secure directory communication. Integration &

- Automation Integrate Manage Engine solutions with enterprise infrastructure and third-party applications. Develop automation using Power Shell, Python, Shell Scripting, REST APIs, and Webhooks. Implement automated alerting, event forwarding, incident workflows, and system integrations. Prepare solution architecture documents, network diagrams, deployment guides, configuration documents, test cases, and implementation documentation. Perform solution validation, UAT, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer. Work directly with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Experience integrating security solutions with Active Directory, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party applications. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
