Urgently required Manage Engine Residential Engineer L2, for Hyderabad. Position: Manage Engine Residential Engineer L2

Responsibilities

ManageEngine Asset Explorer

- Administer and maintain ManageEngine Asset Explorer environment.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle, including discovery, inventory, procurement, allocation, and retirement.
- Configure asset categories, workflows, approval processes, and reporting.
- Monitor asset compliance and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate operational and management reports as required.
- Troubleshoot application, database, and performance-related issues.

ManageEngine PAM360

- Administer and manage privileged accounts, password vaults, and access controls.
- Configure password rotation policies and privileged access workflows.
- Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and user permissions.
- Monitor privileged sessions and audit logs.
- Support onboarding of servers, applications, databases, and network devices into PAM360.
- Troubleshoot authentication, integration, and access-related issues.

General Responsibilities

- Perform L2 troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with OEM support and internal technical teams.
- Conduct periodic health checks and preventive maintenance.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in change management and upgrade activities.
- Provide user support and technical guidance to L1 teams.

Technical Skills

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with ManageEngine AssetExplorer.




- Hands-on experience with ManageEngine PAM360.
- Valuable understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes.
- Good understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts.
- Experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory integration.
- Experience in troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues.
- SQL database knowledge and query execution.
- Reporting and dashboard management.

Preferred Skills

- ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus integration experience.
- API integration and automation experience.
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Shell Scripting).
- REST API implementation and troubleshooting.
- LDAP, SAML, MFA, and Identity Management concepts.
- Application deployment and upgrade experience.
- Integrated development experience.
- Experience in workflow customization and application integrations.
- Experience with ManageEngine ecosystem products.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Preferred Certifications

- ManageEngine Product Certifications.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Cybersecurity or Identity Management Certifications (Preferred).

Deployment Requirement

- Hyderabad-based candidates will be preferred.
- Candidate must be willing to work onsite and travel across India as per project requirements.
