Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer IT to manage IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure seamless operation of enterprise systems.

• Lead and manage IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

- Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and enterprise applications.
- Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of IT systems.
- Manage IT assets, conduct audits, and maintain asset inventory.
- Handle basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi) and system administration tasks.
- Support Development and QC environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Manage user access (IAM), on-boarding/off boarding, VPN access, and RBAC controls.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application teams for issue resolution.




- Monitor tickets via ITSM tools and ensure SLA compliance.
- Support VC meetings, security systems, and enterprise tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments • Experience in IT support, system administration, and troubleshooting • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi) • Familiarity with ITSM tools and access management (IAM/RBAC) • Good understanding of IT security policies and compliance • Robust communication and team management skills Preferred: • Experience with VPN, cybersecurity tools, and asset management • Exposure to development tools and environments
