Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Maintenance Engineer based in Kolkata. Schedule preventive & predictive maintenance activities, inventory & complaint management through ERP, Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, Implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize resource utilization, Reduced machine downtime through structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Why-Why analysis, Planning and executing shutdown and turnaround activities with safety compliance, Handling emergency situations including plant shutdowns and fire incidents, Managed AMC contracts, Technical Purchasing, Implemented CAPA for recurring breakdowns, Team Work, hand on experienced for machine maintenance & breakdown, Monitored and analyzed MTBF and MTTR to enhance maintenance efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and troubleshooting electrical issues
- Ability to identify and implement technical solutions to improve equipment performance
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous
