Professional Librarian & Educator Position

Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Librarian with a deep understanding of CBSE educational standards to join our academic team. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of literacy and academic excellence, requiring a professional who can effectively manage library resources while contributing to the instructional framework. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of two years of relevant experience, strong English communication skills, and a commitment to educational best practices.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month, determined by the candidate's qualifications and professional expertise.

Responsibilities

- Manage and curate library collections to support the CBSE curriculum and diverse student learning needs.
- Provide instructional support in English, History, Political Science, and Sociology, ensuring alignment with board syllabi and evaluation methods.
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that integrate literature, language arts, and social studies concepts for varied student groups.
- Leverage modern educational technology and digital tools to enhance lesson planning and classroom delivery.
- Serve as a key liaison with students, parents, and faculty, maintaining open and constructive communication channels.




- Participate actively in professional development initiatives to stay current with innovative teaching methodologies.
- Fulfill all daily operational duties within the designated school hours from 8:45 AM to 4:45 PM.

Requirements

- Education: A Bachelor's degree in English, History, Political Science, Sociology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree in the relevant discipline is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of proven teaching experience within a CBSE-affiliated school environment.
- Curriculum Knowledge: In-depth understanding of CBSE syllabi, assessment frameworks, and pedagogical standards for English and Social Science subjects.
- Instructional Skills: Demonstrated success in teaching literature, language arts, and social studies to diverse student populations.
- Technology Proficiency: Ability to effectively incorporate digital resources and educational technology into teaching strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building positive relationships with the school community.
- Professionalism: A robust dedication to continuous learning and the adoption of innovative educational practices.
- Availability: Must be available to work the full school day schedule.
