Key Responsibilities

- Transportation Coordination: Plan delivery routes, select shipping methods, and arrange vehicle dispatch.

- Shipment Tracking: Monitor real-time movement of goods and resolve any transit delays or issues.

- Inventory Control: Track stock levels, prevent shortages or overstocking, and run routine warehouse audits.

- Vendor Management: Negotiate freight rates and contracts with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.

- Documentation: Handle shipping papers, invoices, delivery challans, and compliance records. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory software, and transportation management tools.

- Soft Skills: Robust problem-solving abilities, time management, and cross-functional communication.

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in warehousing, dispatch, or supply chain coordination

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
