Role Description The Financial Accounting Specialist will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing periodic financial statements. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, monitoring payables and receivables, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders,



and supporting audits with accurate documentation and reporting. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Current Delhi, requiring regular collaboration with finance, operations, and management teams.

Qualifications

- Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret Financial Statements for management reporting and compliance.
- Strong Analytical Skills to review trends, variances, and financial data for decision-making support.
- Proficiency with Accounting Software and related Finance tools to manage transactions and reporting.
- Effective Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly.
- Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and local tax and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in related sectors is preferred.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a structured environment.
