Role Overview We are looking for a

Design Lead – Digital Production / Video Adaptation

to lead the design and adaptation of digital video content across multiple formats, markets, channels, and campaign requirements. The role combines

creative design expertise, video adaptation, production excellence, and team leadership . The ideal candidate should be able to translate master creative assets into high-quality, platform-ready adaptations while maintaining brand consistency and creative intent. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and adaptation of

digital video assets

across multiple formats, channels, markets, and languages. Translate master creative concepts into multiple

video adaptations, cut-downs, resizes, aspect ratios, and localized versions . Ensure all adaptations remain consistent with brand guidelines, creative intent, typography, layouts, imagery, motion, and visual identity. Review and provide creative direction on video adaptation work produced by the team. Lead and mentor a team of designers, video editors, motion designers, and production artists. Work closely with

Producers, Project Managers, Creative teams, and Account teams

to understand project requirements, creative briefs, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. Manage high-volume production requirements while maintaining quality, accuracy, and turnaround timelines. Establish and maintain

design and production standards, templates, workflows, and best practices . Identify opportunities to improve adaptation processes through templates, automation, AI-enabled tools, and production efficiencies. Conduct quality checks on final creative assets before delivery. Ensure all assets meet required

technical specifications, brand guidelines, and quality standards . Support localization and versioning requirements across different markets and languages.



Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment. Provide regular creative and technical feedback to team members and support their professional development. Collaborate with internal and global teams to resolve creative, technical, and production challenges. Required Skills & Experience 8–12+ years of experience

in digital design, video production, creative adaptation, or digital content production. Strong experience in

video adaptation and digital content production

within an agency, production studio, advertising, or creative environment. Strong understanding of

video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, codecs, frame rates, and technical specifications . Excellent knowledge of

Adobe Creative Cloud , particularly: Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Strong understanding of motion design, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, transitions, and storytelling. Experience working with

master creatives and adapting them into multiple digital formats . Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into production-ready outputs. Robust understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain consistency across high-volume adaptations. Experience managing, mentoring, or leading creative/design teams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Good to Have Experience working with

global brands and international markets . Experience in high-volume digital production environments. Knowledge of

AI-based creative and video tools

and production automation. Experience with localization and multilingual video adaptation. Understanding of digital advertising and creative production requirements. Experience working with DAM, workflow, or content production platforms. Agency, creative production, or post-production experience is preferred.
