Offscene Studio is looking for a Visual Designer who can translate ideas into compelling, thoughtful, and visually strong work across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Lead, Creative Producer/Copywriter, Illustrator, Video Specialists, and Founder to create cohesive campaigns and visual communication for multiple brands.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving communication problems through design, has strong visual taste, is comfortable with feedback, and can adapt to different brand personalities.
At Offscene Studio, we value creative thinking and a clear design process as much as execution . Since we are a startup, the role requires an all-hands-on-deck mindset —you may work on social media creatives one day, a pitch deck the next, and campaign references, moodboards or final artwork after that.
Social Media & Campaign Design
Design static posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, thumbnails and digital ad creatives.
Work across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, websites and digital advertising platforms.
Maintain consistency in typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing and visual language.
Brand & Visual Systems
Support the Creative Lead in developing brand and campaign visual systems.
Develop mini brand guidelines and social media design systems.
Adapt to different brand personalities while maintaining individuality for each brand.
Pitch Decks & Presentation Design
Design pitch decks, proposal decks, campaign presentations, moodboards and client presentations.
Convert rough ideas and content into clean and visually compelling presentations.
Collaborate with the Creative Producer/Copywriter to improve storytelling and communication.
Digital & Print Collateral
Design posters, brochures, flyers,



banners, marketing collateral and other brand assets.
Prepare production-ready files for digital and print.
Ensure correct dimensions, margins, bleeds, image quality, formats and exports.
Creative Collaboration
Collaborate with copywriters, illustrators, video specialists and the Creative Lead.
Develop moodboards, references, design routes and visual explorations.
Design Quality Control
Ensure every design meets Offscene's quality standards before delivery.
Avoid generic, cluttered or rushed design solutions.
Maintain solid design hygiene and continuously improve the visual quality of work.
2–4 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, branding or a related creative role .
~ Strong visual taste with the ability to work across different styles and brand personalities.
~ Excellent portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and quality execution.
~ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Figma .
~ Ability to create engaging social media and digital creatives.
~ Strong presentation and pitch deck design skills.
~ Basic understanding of branding and visual identity systems.
~ Ability to explain the reasoning behind design decisions.
~ Comfortable using AI-assisted design tools thoughtfully for ideation, references and workflow enhancement.
