- Experience in network engineering and data analysis, with strong exposure to Cisco Meraki environmentsn
- Hands-on experience with:n
- Meraki Dashboard configuration (Switching, Wireless, Security & SD-WAN)n
- Network monitoring and telemetry tools (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog)n
- Strong understanding of:n
- TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP basics)n
- Network performance tuning and troubleshooting methodologiesn
- Experience with automation and scripting (Python preferred) for data extraction and reportingn
- Exposure to REST APIs and Meraki APIs for automation and integrationn
- Ability to analyze large volumes of network data and derive actionable insightsn




- Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management experience in network engineering and data analysis, with strong exposure to Cisco Meraki environmentsn
- Hands-on experience with:n
- Meraki Dashboard configuration (Switching, Wireless, Security & SD-WAN)n
- Network monitoring and telemetry tools (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog)n
- Robust understanding of:n
