nProvide L2/L3 SAP Basis support for S/4HANA systems.
nPerform SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
nHandle SAP start/stop, system health checks, work processes, locks, and user sessions.
nMonitor and troubleshoot ABAP dumps, system logs, update failures, and job failures.
nPerform transport management using STMS and troubleshoot transport issues.
nHandle user administration, roles, authorizations, and password-related issues.
nPerform SAP kernel upgrades, patches, and support package activities.
