n• Experience with Implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM
n• Understanding of Business requirements, Challenges & Ability to provide Solutions, Presenting value proposition

n• Lead Pre-Sales with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, T&L;, Workforce Management
n• Understand customer requirements and present Solutions/POV
n• Own Response to RFP, RFI
n• SME on HCM modules
n• Own, Prepare and Deliver Product Demos, POCs and Solution presentations independently
n• Support GTM initiatives
n• Collaborate with Sales/Vertical Team
n• Willing to Travel on short term – essential
n• Good communication skills
