Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
n

nPerform SAP S/4HANA installations, upgrades, patches, support package applications, system copies/refreshes, and add-on installations.
nManage SAP Application Basis activities in collaboration with the SAP ECS Team.
nTroubleshoot and tune SAP application server performance and profile parameters.
nAnalyze and resolve SAP HANA memory and CPU bottlenecks.
nSupport N and N+1 landscapes across SAP RISE / GCP platforms.
nPerform daily SAP system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
nCollaborate with SAP, vendors, partners, and product teams to optimize S/4HANA performance and meet operational KPIs/SLAs.
nContribute to multi-landscape architecture, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
nDevelop and implement SAP Basis/HANA policies and procedures to ensure system integrity and availability.
nProvide technical support and guidance during build,



testing, implementation, and production operations.
nConfigure and maintain SAP Solution Manager dashboards, technical monitoring, ChaRM, and CALM.
nSupport cloud migration initiatives, including migration of on-premise SAP solutions to GCP.
nParticipate in periodic 24x7 production support and on-call responsibilities.

nRequired Skills:
nSAP Basis
nSAP HANA
nSAP Solution Manager
n5+ years of SAP Basis experience
nStrong experience with end-to-end HANA implementations
nExperience with SAP ECS
nExperience with SAP RISE and GCP
nTransport Domain Controller and TMS administration
nSolution Manager ChaRM / CALM
nSAP system and technical monitoring
nStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills
