nAbout the Role
nPeterson Technology Partners (PTP) is looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to support and strengthen our onboarding and client/consultant success operations.
nThis role will work closely with our existing operations team and play an important role in ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and consultants throughout the onboarding and engagement lifecycle.
nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and relationship-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of issues from start to resolution.
nWhat You'll Do

- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for consultantsn
- Serve as a key point of contact for consultants throughout their engagementn
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure satisfactionn
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teamsn




- Coordinate onboarding documentation, compliance requirements, background checks, timesheets, and other operational activitiesn
- Address consultant questions and concerns and ensure timely resolutionn
- Proactively identify potential issues and take ownership before they impact the client or consultant experiencen
- Partner with recruiting, sales, HR, payroll, and operations teams to ensure seamless executionn
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all onboarding and engagement processes are completed on timen
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and the overall client and consultant experiencen
- Support the operations team with day-to-day activities and help manage workload across the functionn

- 4+ years of experience in operations, onboarding, client success, consultant management, staffing operations, or workforce managementn
