nKey Responsibilities
nCloud & Infrastructure

- Manage Microsoft 365 (users, access, security policies)n
- Handle AWS infrastructure (EC2, IAM, monitoring)n
- Maintain server workplace (Windows/Linux)n

nSecurity & Compliance
n
- n
- Configure and manage SonicWall firewall & VPNn
- Monitor logs (M365, AWS, servers) and respond to incidentsn
- Manage endpoint security (Trend Micro or similar)n
- Implement MFA, access control, and user lifecyclen
- Perform backup, patching, and disaster recoveryn
- Support ISO 27001 compliance, audits, and documentationn

- Manage user lifecycle (Joiner-Move-Leave process)n

- Manage VoIP systems, Pivo, and Twilion
