nJob Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced OFSAA AML/KYC L2 Application Support Engineer to provide production support for Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) AML/KYC solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in incident management, problem resolution, batch monitoring, application troubleshooting, and production support within the banking and financial services domain.
nKey Responsibilities

- Provide L2 production support for OFSAA AML/KYC applications.n
- Monitor application health, scheduled jobs, and batch processes.n
- Analyze and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.n
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.n
- Troubleshoot application, database, and ETL-related issues.n
- Coordinate with L3, development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.n




- Support application deployments, patches, and release activities.n
- Validate production fixes and perform post-deployment verification.n
- Monitor logs and identify application performance issues.n
- Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.n
- Participate in on-call and weekend support as required.n

nRequired Skills

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA).n
- Experience supporting AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) modules.n
- Strong SQL and Oracle Database troubleshooting skills.n
- Experience in Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.n
- Knowledge of batch scheduling and job monitoring tools.n
- Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.n
- Understanding of production support processes, ITIL, and SLA management.n
