- Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deploymentn
- Administer multi-platform environments including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devicesn

nDeployment & Provisioning

- Implement Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and lifecycle management.n
- Configure policies for application deployment, updates, and security enforcement.n

nSecurity & Compliance

- n
- Enforce device compliance policies, security baselines, and conditional access controls.n
- Monitor endpoint security and respond to incidents.n
- Manage patching and updates using Intune and integration tools Troubleshooting & Supportn
- Provide L2/L3 support for Intune-related issues including device enrollment, policy failures, and application deployment issues.n




- Perform root cause analysis and resolve escalated incidents Integration & Automationn
- Integrate Intune with Azure AD (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365 servicesn
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and remediation. Collaboration & Governancen
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, and AD teams for seamless operations.n
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and standard practices.n

- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint n
- Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365n
- Expertise in managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devicesn
- Knowledge of MDM, MAM, compliance policies, and security n
- Familiarity with Windows Autopilot and device n
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scriptingn
- Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPNn
